Free survey & flow test
Mark visits, measures the room, checks what's behind the tiles and tests your mains pressure and flow. You get an itemised written quote within 48 hours.
Fixed start date, one team
Mark and Ryan do the job start to finish: strip-out, first fix, Schlüter boarding and tanking, a 24-hour flood test, tiling and second fix.
Handover & paperwork
Silicone, final pressure test and commissioning. Your handover folder holds the 5-year workmanship warranty, the 10-year Schlüter tanking certificate and, for cylinders, the G3 Benchmark record.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. After a free survey you get an itemised written quote. Prices include labour, materials and waste removal, and the price on the quote is the price you pay.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
There's no separate call-out fee. Leaks are a £95 fixed diagnosis at the same price 7 days a week, 8am–8pm, and the repair price is confirmed before any further work.
Can you do boiler or gas work too?
We handle all bathrooms, wetrooms, unvented hot-water cylinders (G3) and plumbing leaks in-house, and partner with our dedicated Gas Safe heating engineer whenever a job includes a boiler swap or gas pipework. You still deal with one person, Mark, and get one written quote.
When can I reach you?
Surveys & installations: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm. Emergency leaks & cylinder call-outs: 7 days, 8am–8pm. Mark's mobile rings first. Only if he's under a floor or soldering pipework does reception take your postcode and job details, so Mark can ring you back between jobs.
What's the difference between the 5-year and 10-year warranties?
The 5-year workmanship warranty covers our labour and every joint we make. The 10-year Schlüter tanking warranty covers the waterproofing system behind your tiles, and comes with every Schlüter-tanked wetroom and shower zone.
